Life Changes

Are you going through a life change that has been overwhelming and turned your world upside down? Or maybe you’re considering a life change that would be good, but is also scary and overwhelming. I enjoy supporting people as they navigate change in their life. Life is full of changes: some bad, some good, some neutral. Change is an undeniable part of life, and yet as humans we often resist change (even positive change) because it can be difficult, uncomfortable, and/or scary. Whether the change is happening to you or is something you are deciding for yourself, I can help you to move through it by supporting you in exploring your thoughts and feelings, helping you to decide the best way to approach it, and teaching you skills to navigate this period of your life. 

Examples of life changes that I have supported people through:

  • The loss of a loved one

  • A relationship changing or ending

  • Receiving a difficult diagnosis

  • Navigating adulthood post-grad

  • Questioning faith, changing faith, and/or deconstruction 

  • Exploring sexual orientation and gender identity, including navigating the coming out and transition processes

  • And many more
